What is Meet and Greet?
Meet and Greet or sometimes referred to as valet parking or chauffeur parking is quite simply the easiest form of airport parking all you have to do is drive up to the airport.
On arrival you we will have one of our professional drivers waiting for you to assist you on your way, right outside the terminal building. The car is then driven immediately to our secure car park, the vehicle is fully insured while on the site and all our drivers are thoroughly vetted.
On your return we will have the car waiting for you , ready for you to depart immediately.
With airport prices continuing to rise the meet and greet service is becoming a more and more stress free cost effective alternative to airport parking

Where are the Car Parks ?
For reasons of security we do not publish details of our car parks location. However we can assure they are of top quality with the very best available security measures.

How secure are the car parks ?
All our car parks are fully secure, making use of CCTV, Fencing, 24 Hour security guards, time locked entrance gates and ADT Red Care alarm systems.

What if I arrive/depart earlier/later than planned ?
If you travel arrangements change at any point you will need to notify us as soon as possible. If we are not made aware of your amendments we may not be able to accommodate your reservation and you will not be eligible for a refund. However in most cases there is not a problem. The telephone numbers for last minute changes are on your arrival instructions.

Why do I need to pre-book?
Pre-booking guarantees your space even during peak periods.

Can I book at short notice?
Yes call 0871 218 1038 where one of our operators will be happy to help.

How will I know that my booking has been completed?
You will receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. Only when this is received is your reservation confirmed

Is there a further discount for booking more than one car at a time?
Please call our office and we may be able to offer a special rate.

Are there special facilities available for disabled passengers?
We will do our utmost to ensure any customers with disabilities are accommodated, but if you have any specific concerns please call us.

Why is a week calculated as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days?
One day is calculated as a whole day, irrespective of departure or arrival times. So for example a stay at the car park from Saturday to Saturday is calculated as 8 whole days and so therefore two weeks is calculated as 15 days.

How safe are my credit/debit card details on your internet site?
The online reservation service is located on a secure server that guarantees the safety of a transaction. The system uses SSL encryption technology.
